Felicia Johnson MBA, CDP® (Certified Diversity Professional), CDE® (Certified Diversity Executive) is the Founder and Managing Director of The Gatson Group, a diversity and inclusion training and consulting firm.

Felicia’s career includes serving as the Global Manager for Diversity & Inclusion for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Head of Diversity for Cabela’s Inc., and Co-Lead of Diversity for Nissan North America. Felicia is a licensed provider and master facilitator offering the #1 Diversity & Inclusion Certification through her partnership with the Institute for Diversity Certification (IDC®).
